Job Description
The Club at Mediterra, a premier member-owned residential club in southwest Florida, is seeking a Beverage Manager/Sommelier to lead beverage operations at multiple campuses. The role involves maintaining beverage quality, managing wine cellar, and providing excellent customer service to members and guests. The position offers training and promotion opportunities within a diverse, hospitality-focused team.
Requirements
- Leads by example with professional presence and enthusiasm
- Manages and directs all beverage related services
- Conducts monthly beverage inventories and pricing
- Coordinates promotional campaigns for wine events
- Works closely with the Food and Beverage Leadership Team and Senior Management
