Requirements

• 2+ Years customer service experience
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Build & maintain rapport with others
• Initiate contact easily, especially when engaging with new people
• Prior experience with administration and/or operations
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn
• Proven ability to navigate change effectively
• Experience with G-Suite, Canva, and Slack
