The Retail Employee / Project Specialist is responsible for ensuring customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order. Schedules include daytime, evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
Requirements
- Welcomes and greets all customers
- Connects with customers to suggest solutions
- Designs and sells custom closets and storage solutions
- Serves as a register person with a focus on customer experience
- Introduces and enrolls customers in our rewards program
- Works merchandise processing
- Maintains the Sales Floor
- Supports carryout to customers' cars
- Assists with cleaning routines
- Processes customers' orders for curbside pick-up and/or delivery
- Organizes the stockroom
