Job Description
The Convergence Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Program Manager for its Human Capital Development (HCD) vertical. The role involves shaping high-impact initiatives, conceptualizing a $1 billion Skilling Collective, and scaling the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP).
Requirements
- Support the build-out of a $1 billion Skilling Collective
- Shape and scale the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP)
- Identify and incubate high-impact white spaces in secondary education and overall skilling ecosystem
- Lead research and partnerships on AI in skilling, digital credentialing, and future-of-work transitions
- Engage senior stakeholders across government, academia, industry, and philanthropy
- Ground strategy in field realities through on-site visits and ecosystem consultations
