Job Description
Viking Packaging is seeking a Problem Solver to lead the operations excellence program in their New Paltz, NY facility. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and a culture of safety and quality through Lean, Six Sigma, and other initiatives. The position involves leading a cross-functional team and building internal capability in operational excellence.
Requirements
- Develop, lead, and sustain a multi-year operations excellence roadmap.
- Oversee plant safety strategy and ensure compliance with OSHA and corporate standards.
- Direct plant quality systems to meet customer and internal specifications.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action on quality issues.
