Regional Sales Manager - New York City

Selux Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the New York City region to partner with the current Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and increase market share across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lighting design or sales preferably in the lighting, architecture, or construction industries
• Ability to successfully manage sales territory and achieving revenue goals.
• In-depth knowledge of the New York City market and building industry.
• Strong relationships within the architectural, design, and contractor community in NYC.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with architectural lighting solutions and smart building technologies.
• Existing relationships with design firms, contractors, and distributors in the region.
• Knowledge of lighting codes, standards, and energy efficiency regulations
