The Daily Grace Co. is seeking a Senior Campaigns Manager to lead the strategy and execution of sales campaigns and book/product launch campaigns. The ideal candidate is a visionary campaign leader with a proven track record in product marketing, publishing, or campaign management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, publishing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, publishing, or campaign management
- Proven experience managing a marketing team of at least five people
- Strong knowledge of the Christian publishing industry and product life cycles
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale product launches and seasonal sales campaigns
- Experience planning, managing, and reporting on marketing campaign budgets
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (email marketing, analytics, project management systems, social media)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co.
