Landscape Crew Leader | Monroeville, PA | Spring 2026

Lead a team of crew members in executing daily grounds and turf maintenance tasks, including planting, trimming, mowing, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing. Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs.

Requirements

• Love of the outdoors
• Background in Horticulture or Landscaping (preferred)
• Turf, Weed, Tree and shrub ID knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books upon hire
• Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
