Utility Tree Trimmer [Cambridge/Kitchener]

As a Utility Tree Trimmer, you will travel to various work sites, safely execute trimming for utility clients, and ensure the ongoing and safe transmission of electricity. Responsibilities include line clearing, tree pruning, removal of hazardous trees, and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Certified Arborist or Utility Tree Trimmer designation required or equivalent
• Experience performing pruning and removals from rope and saddle and/or aerial lift
• Utility tree trimming and climbing experience preferred
• Valid provincial driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Ability to work safely as part of a team
