We are looking for a motivated and communicative team leader to strengthen our customer service team in the Parts & Accessories Center.
Requirements
- Commercial and/or technical training
- Professional experience as a team leader, preferably in the customer service field
- Experience in logistics/vehicle sector (warehousing management systems, procurement, warehouse, order processing) an asset
- Enjoy phone contact with customers and good language skills
- Customer-oriented and communicative work approach
- Team player with high level of self-motivation, engagement and initiative
- Very good MS-Office and English skills
- Flexibility and resilience
