Onboarding Class Coordinator

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI), an NGO supporting Ukrainian girls, is seeking an Onboarding Class Coordinator to help language teachers seamlessly integrate into the organization. This role focuses on ensuring new educators feel confident and ready to provide top-notch education, working closely with various teams to support the new hires process. Volunteers will be responsible for coordinating training, providing guidance, and maintaining records. The organization offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in onboarding, training, or human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to identify and implement automation tools.
• Experience in a multicultural team is an advantage.
