Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Product Manager to join our team, focusing on enhancing our B2C app through best Customer Experience practices.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end ideation, product development, and launch of innovative features
- Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify trends, understand user needs, and monitor the competitive landscape
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and business impact
- Develop and test prototypes to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
- Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback using data analytics and AI driven insights
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and rapid learning
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer support and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on the performance of new initiatives, adjusting strategies and features to ensure success
- Champion the user experience by incorporating feedback, usability testing and personalization into product development
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to share product plans, progress, and outcomes ensuring alignment with business stakeholders
