MR PORTER London is a modern steakhouse and chic lounge in the iconic Park Lane Hilton Hotel in Mayfair. We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in managing day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role in a high-end hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for fine dining, guest service, and team development
• A hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
