MR PORTER - Waiter / Waitress

As a waiter/waitress, you will uplift the guests' dining experience during their visit in MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE. You will be responsible for greeting and serving guests, providing detailed information on menus, and working as a team to take MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE to the next level.

Requirements

• Greeting guests
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
• Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders
• Communicate order details to the kitchen team
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
