The Associate, Global Marketing, Brand Activations - Strategic Partnerships role at Estée Lauder Companies supports the execution of Holiday, GWP, and Set programs, working closely with the Executive Director and team to develop and execute programs in support of the Vice President's strategy.
Requirements
- Work closely with Executive Director and team on development and execution of Holiday, GWP, and Set programs
- Attend weekly development meetings to gain better understanding of product, packaging, and design
- Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and development sessions to continuously evolve programs and storytelling
- Assist Manager in facilitation of all program needs, including weekly reach out calls, paperwork for legal, various presentation needs, concept briefs, and managing budget/issuing POs
- Monitor tooling and comp budgets
- Plan for, identify, and execute all required comps for turnover to Creative, Merchandising, and markets
- Create and maintain program offering documents for all programs
- Prepare and issue turnover lists for creative photography
- Coordinate regional meeting needs
- Create competitive analysis each season to assist in development of future seasons
- Maintain product inventory needs and the no-charge budget
- Assist in meeting set ups for all senior management meetings
