The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets in the Global Flagship location Harrods Knightsbridge.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
