We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to join our Digital Commerce & Marketing (DCM) Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing go-to-market strategies, including media mix and CRM strategy, to drive business growth and achieve our company's objectives.
Requirements
- Lead and co-work with Brand Cluster General Manager/ Marketing Director on Go-to-Market calendarization and Ad & Promo budget allocation
- Lead Strategic planning and detailing for Go-to-Market strategies including crafting the media mix strategy as well as CRM strategy
- Lead market insights analysis for responsible cluster brands leveraging internal research data infrastructure for better Go-to-Market planning and optimization
- Lead Go-to-Market strategy/ campaign performance review and optimize future planning
- Be primary point of contact with agencies to manage the execution with quality and provide periodical execution updates to stakeholders
- Be primary point of contact with regional Growth Marketing lead to leverage APAC insights and capabilities
- Manage team members including full-time employee and on-site support outsourcing staffs
