Area Manager OSHC -Tahmoor, Bowral & Southern Suburbs of Sydney

The Extend Group is looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead a cluster of OSHC businesses in the Tahmoor, Bowral & Southern Suburbs of NSW. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing people, preferably in the Child Care or Education sector.

Requirements

• Past people management experience in childcare
• Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally
• Proven past success in management with measurable outcomes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Current NSW Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain
• Current driver's license and own car
