Delivery Specialist

Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for a Delivery Specialist to assist customers with technology and sales process. The role involves explaining and demonstrating options and technology available on Subaru products, taking customers on test drives, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service is highly preferred!
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications
