The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support services for staff and participants to the WeCARE program, including managing a busy reception area and performing various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 1 year of full-time administrative support experience
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality
- Experience working with public assistance recipients, homeless, formally incarcerated, and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty a plus
- Computer proficiency with the ability to enter data into specialized databases
