Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing and maximizing the efficient operation of the Clinical Services Department. This role involves direct supervision of Qualified Health Professionals, monitoring referrals, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining quality of service. The supervisor must collaborate with the Deputy Director of Clinical Services to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health, health administration, nursing, social services, business administration, or a related field (physician or nurse license preferred)
• At least 5 years of satisfactory professional experience in public health, workforce development, social services, vocational rehabilitation, or a related area
• Minimum 3-5 years of strong management experience in a social work environment
• Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred
