The Program Director oversees the strategic and operational management of the Pathway Home 6 program, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising staff, and driving program outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience or 5 years in program management
- Experience in budget management and program operations
- Experience working with justice-impacted individuals, public assistance recipients, and those affected by poverty
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices
