Vocational Evaluation Supervisor

Fedcap Inc. is seeking a Vocational Evaluation Supervisor in Queens, NY to manage and supervise the vocational evaluation team. This role involves overseeing Individualized Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAP), assessing client skills, providing training, and ensuring compliance. The supervisor will also be responsible for data management, staff training, and providing case conferences with other WeCare service providers.

Requirements

• Researches, develops, and implements new tests, measures, and report formats.
• Mentors, coaches, and assists in the training of other staff members.
• Oversees the measurement and recording of client responses.
• Oversee the development of Individualized Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAP), including education and vocational training referrals.
• Review and sign off on Individualized Vocational Assessment Plans.
• Oversees statistical data and reports.
• Implements internal controls.
• Case conferences with other service providers.
