Requirements

• Assist with the onboarding process for new clients
• Manage the processing of client documents accurately and efficiently
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of client documents
• Enter client information and documentation into the CRM accurately
• Track the progress of client documents throughout the processing workflow
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or other channels
• Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues related to document processing
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Conduct regular quality checks on processed documents
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
