Job Description
The Dispensary Assistant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing, inventory management, cash handling, compliance, staff training, and customer service. This role requires a strong focus on operations, reporting, and maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail and/or cannabis management experience required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds overhead.
- Ability to kneel, bend, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
