Custodian - Relief

The Gathering Place is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our Guests, Staff, and Volunteers.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Mid-level
• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping work experience, preferably in community or institutional settings
• WHMIS training or chemical safety knowledge (asset)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail
• Comfort working independently or as part of a team
• Respectful approach to working in environments that support vulnerable populations
• Clear Record of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check required
