Job Description
The Gathering Spot Atlanta is seeking a Part Time or Full Time Host to greet members, manage tables, maintain a clean environment, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include taking reservations, coordinating with wait staff, and assisting with seating options. A strong focus on customer interaction and organizational skills is key.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Experience in managing reservations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress strongly preferred
