Job Description
GI Alliance (GIA) is seeking a full-time Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician’s Assistant (PA-C) to join their gastroenterology medical practice in Tacoma, Washington. The position is provided by GI Alliance, a national gastroenterology network supporting physician-owned, community-driven practices. The role focuses on comprehensive patient care, consultation, research, education, and collaboration within the clinical team, providing high-quality, individualized care.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Physician Assistant program approved by the CAHEA
- Current WA State Physician Assistant License
- DEA prescriptive authority
- Current BLS certification
- Current Washington State Driver’s license
- Extensive knowledge of physical assessment, differential diagnosis, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and management of acute and chronic patient health problems
- Current VA RN License (or be prepared to obtain it)
- Current WA State Nurse Practitioner License (or be prepared to obtain it)
- Current WA State Driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
