The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Full-time Photo Retoucher for fashion, specializing in high-quality image refinement. This role involves retouching, color grading, and preparing high-resolution fashion imagery, ensuring consistency with brand standards while maintaining creativity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a photo retoucher in fashion, editorial, or high-end e-commerce environments
- Expert proficiency in Capture One Pro for RAW image processing
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills including layer-based editing, masking, frequency separation, and compositing
- Proven expertise in color grading with strong visual sensibility for fashion tones and editorial aesthetics
- Experience with AI retouching tools and workflows
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to upholding brand style guidelines
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
