Job Description
The Global Talent Co. is seeking a full-time Social Media & Content Manager to lead the company's organic content strategy on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms. The role involves content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling, with a focus on creating engaging platform-native content. The company is a rapidly scaling health-tech company specializing in hair loss treatment using wearable technology.
Requirements
- Develop and manage a comprehensive, platform-specific content calendar
- Plan, create, and publish original, high-quality content
- Lead daily engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Trustpilot, and other platforms
- Build and manage relationships with micro-influencers, early adopters, customers, and brand advocates
- Monitor cultural trends, social conversations, and competitor activity
- Define and track KPIs such as audience growth, engagement, video views, and UGC volume
