Job Description
The Good People Group is a U.S.-based staffing and recruiting company seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading complex projects, managing budgets, and driving stakeholder engagement at all levels. The ideal candidate excels in communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven project management experience, leading projects from conception to closure
- Demonstrated track record of managing project budgets, financial analysis, and resource allocation
- Advanced knowledge of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working directly with senior leadership and C-level executives
- Proficient in software like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent for tracking and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (for executive presentations) and Excel (for budget tracking)
- Proven ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field preferred; Masters degree a plus
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications strongly preferred
