Sr. Cost Controller - Construction/Real Estate/Property Developer

The Senior Cost Controller is responsible for implementing and maintaining strong cost management systems across multi-million AED construction projects. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, profit tracking, and strategic decision-making, providing insights to support management. It involves leading cost control initiatives, EVM analysis, and fiscal oversight.

Requirements

• Implement and maintain standardized Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).
• Maintain detailed forecasting through Estimated Cost to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) reports.
• Supervise and mentor junior Cost Control and Project Engineering staff.
• Proficiency in CCS Candy, Primavera P6, SAP, and Oracle ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel modeling and dashboarding skills.
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Earned Value Management (EVM), and FIDIC contract frameworks.
