Office Engineer I - CTA Curbside Improvement Program (LAX)

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management across major public sector agencies. We are looking for an Office Engineer I to support the Central Terminal Area (CTA) Curbside Improvement Program at LAX.

Requirements

• Help manage incoming submittals and RFIs, including logging, distributing, tracking, and maintaining records in PMWeb.
• Assist with contract correspondence and general document control.
• Keep project files and drawing sets updated (both electronic and hard copy).
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure drawings and documents are posted and shared on time.
• Track review comments, gather approvals, and issue responses back to contractors.
• Prepare exhibits, PDFs, and presentation materials as needed for meetings.
• Attend project meetings, write agendas and minutes, and help maintain expediting logs.
• Provide day-to-day support to the project manager, assistant PM, construction manager, design manager, and others on the team.
