Project Estimator / Senior Project Estimator

Greenridge Group, a project and construction management firm specializing in public and private sector projects, is seeking a Project Estimator / Senior Project Estimator. The role involves planning, supervising, and preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of building and infrastructure projects, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of construction costs, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of full-time professional experience in construction cost estimating
• Diploma from a recognized college/university with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Experience in developing and estimating the scope of work for change orders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
