Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
