Estimator / Asphalt

We're looking for an Asphalt / Project Estimator to join our team at The Hatch Group, a family-owned and operated construction company. The ideal candidate will have experience in exterior services, a strong understanding of asphalt paving operations, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Produce and complete bid documents
• Analyze bids and calculate competitive pricing
• Work closely with sales team to ensure RFP dates and deadlines are met
• Generate qualified subcontractor bidder and vendor lists
• Show creativity and resourcefulness to gain best quality and pricing from subcontractors
