Office Assistant

We are searching for an Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our client, ONE Macedonia Telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a growing company.

Requirements

• Provide general administrative support
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Support onboarding and HR processes
• Maintain office supplies inventory
• Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities
• Help ensure compliance with office procedures, policies, and safety requirements
• Provide support to different departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
