Job Description
The Nursery Coordinator guides and directs all activities of the Heights Nursery: Cleburne Campus Early Childhood Program, overseeing volunteers, curriculum development, class preparation, and recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great computer and creativity skills
- Ability to deal with and relate to children
- Excellent organization and supervision skills
- Evident relationship and belief in God and the church
- Availability to work extended hours and during weekends
- Proficiency in evangelical studies and children's ministry
