Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Relations Specialist to provide compassionate support to patients and health plan members via phone calls and email. The role involves scheduling appointments, enrolling members in health plans, and providing general inquiries.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Chinese/Cantonese, Haitian Creole, Arabi, Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi
- Availability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States)
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Must be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
