Job Description
The Policy Advisor, China and the Indo-Pacific reports to the Director of the Asian Studies Center. This role involves researching and crafting policy proposals on China and the Indo-Pacific, providing expert testimony, and communicating policy positions to various audiences. The ideal candidate will contribute to both national and international efforts, building public support for the Heritage Foundation's views.
Requirements
- Develop legislative policy solutions and craft model legislation.
- Conduct policy analysis and research, producing high-quality papers and reports.
- Speak at major public functions and at professional conferences.
- Maintain a high profile in the media and a leadership position in the public policy community and on Capitol Hill.
