As an assistant to the Director, you will provide administrative support to the factory director in the HR department and the leadership team, and contribute to the smooth operation and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (French and English)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Master Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint; SAP is an asset
• Attention to detail, initiative, and absolute discretion
• Experience in event coordination and document management
• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience with a leadership team or relevant college diploma
• Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain sector is an asset
