Job Description
The Hershey Company Hazleton plant is a Union plant producing a variety of products, including bars and coatings, in a high-speed environment. They are seeking an Electrical Controls Technician with at least two years of experience in maintenance of control equipment. The position is hourly with a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Read and comprehend electrical and instrumentation drawings.
- Competence with Allen-Bradley PLC, HMIs (AB PanelView, FactoryTalk View, Intellution FIX, Wonderware).
- Troubleshoot PLC programs.
- Understanding of industrial power circuits.
- Ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot motor control systems.
- Working with standard Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Fitness to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
