Job Description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager APAC R&D, the Research Scientist provides project leadership on projects from low to medium complexity, driving chocolate product innovation and growth across APAC and Europe. The candidate will lead projects, develop new chocolate products and processes, and participate in the innovation process with the Strategic Business Unit in APAC.
Requirements
- Lead low to medium complexity projects
- Develop new chocolate products and processes
- Assist on phases of projects of major importance, complexity or scope
- Participate in project design and methodology
- Solve problems through knowledge and creative thinking
- Ensure project execution and technology transfer
- Observe, record and evaluate experimental data to draw conclusions
- Prepare project reports and presentations
- Support technical capabilities of vendors of ingredients
- Provide instruction to Technical Support employees
