Senior Visual Storyteller, Jakarta

We are looking for a Senior Visual Storyteller to join our team in Jakarta. As a Senior Visual Storyteller, you will lead visual direction and creative strategy, collaborate with teams to build integrated stories, and champion craft, consistency, and AI-driven innovation. You will also support client engagement, presentations, and project management.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or art direction
• Agency or in-house creative team experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in English with regional and global stakeholders
• Strong visual craft across brand, campaign, social, and editorial work
• Ability to take a concept and translate it into a consistent set of assets
• Experience working on integrated or multi-asset projects
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion/After Effects is a plus)
• Preparing assets for multiple formats (social, web, print, presentation)
• Managing multiple projects, ambiguity, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicating design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders
• Giving and receiving feedback constructively
• Some experience mentoring juniors or supporting peers
