The Dispatcher position is located ON-SITE at ICEE's La Vergne, TN Support Center. The Customer Service and Support department offers employees an energized and fast-paced team environment. The role involves engaging directly with customers, routing and scheduling field personnel, and ensuring ICEE's customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Prior role dispatching service techs with a minimum 1 to 2 years' experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals.
