Waldorf Class Teacher

We are seeking a talented and passionate Waldorf Class Teacher to join our warm and growing school community. The ideal candidate brings experience in primary education, a deep understanding of Waldorf pedagogy, and a genuine commitment to nurturing the holistic development of every child through creative, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (4-year pedagogical degree)
• Steiner/Waldorf teaching qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ professional class teaching experience in a recognised Steiner Waldorf school
• Understanding of anthroposophy and Waldorf child development
• Strong knowledge of the Waldorf curriculum and pedagogy
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Creativity and artistic ability within an educational context
• Professional presentation and conduct
• Genuine interest in ongoing self-development and collegial collaboration
