International Women’s Initiative (IWI) is seeking a Director of Advocacy to lead a team and coordinate IWI's overall advocacy strategy, identifying and executing high-impact campaigns that empower supporters to achieve concrete victories. The role involves building relationships, leading a team, and developing infrastructure for IWI's advocacy branch.

Requirements

• Conduct situation analysis through desk based research and analysis at individual country level
• Developing and implementing strategy for advancing policy goals with key decision-makers within the UK government
• Communicating with and briefing lobbyists, members of Parliament, their staff and agency officials
