Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager leads all Distribution and Transportation planning and strategic activities. This position manages the floor and docks, assists the forklift drivers with the outbound/inbound loads, and develops leadership and capability within the logistics department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Planning
• At least 3 years of experience leading, supervising, or managing others
• Results in driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Supply Chain
• Cost and business acumen
• Demonstrated capability in analyzing data, problem solving and attention to detail
• Communication: strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional teams, both at a plant and corporate level
