Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor will lead a team of hourly Technicians and Team Leaders, ensuring safety, quality, and operational standards. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, and facilitating a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of manufacturing operational experience
• Experience coaching, developing, and leading others
• Prior experience managing people and/or teams in a high-performance work environment
• Food processing, pet or human food manufacturing, and/or engineering experience
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Prior Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar experience
• An Engineering degree
• Project planning experience
