Requirements
- Experience with OEM repair procedures, and insurance policies.
- Proficient with programs such as Mitchell Repair Center, Mitchell Connect, Mitchell Tech Advisor, etc.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with insurance claims appraisers.
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and keep organized in a timely manner.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in all work and communication.
- Positive can-do attitude.
